Resources

The Black Ministerial Alliance’s programs offer a number of resources to agencies. Please see the list of resources available below.

BOSTON CAPACITY TANK

Capacity Institute:  The Capacity Institute is a rigorous, free two-year capacity workout to develop performance management systems for agencies serving youth at high risk.  It is intended for agencies that have made an intentional commitment to high performance and have begun that journey, and want some support, direction, and accountability to move down the road.  Performance management refers to the systems and processes that an organization uses to measure its progress and improve its performance on intended outcomes.  In other words, how well are we doing helping our youth accomplish positive youth development outcomes?  How do we know?  How can we improve?

If you have any questions, please contact Ellen Bass, Director Boston Capacity Tank, ebass@bmaboston.org, or 617-445-2737 x113.
